DMC RiverWalkers is a senior walking program presented by the Detroit Medical Center. Seniors, 55+, are invited to participate in this free program that encourages wellness through walking on the Detroit RiverWalk and fitness classes. They also offer CPR training, blood pressure screenings and one-on-one sessions with DMC physicians.
